No complicated square-footage tiers and no surprise charges.

SAME-DAY CANCELLATION / UNABLE-TO-PHOTOGRAPH FEE

If the photographer arrives at the property and the scheduled photography cannot be completed for reasons beyond the photographer’s control, a $100 fee will apply.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Property is not ready for photography (clutter, construction, significant staging incomplete)

  • Unable to gain access to the property (locked doors, incorrect key/code)

  • Seller, tenant, or occupant is unavailable or does not permit photography

  • Property conditions prevent the scheduled photography from being completed (unsafe areas, active repairs, water damage)

  • Appointment is cancelled after the photographer has arrived

Weather-related cancellations or rescheduling due to conditions that would negatively affect the quality of the photography are exempt from this fee.
